Scott Credit Union is calling all customer service professionals who are interested in a part-time Teller position in the Mascoutah, IL area to apply to join our amazing Mascoutah Branch! This Teller position works Monday – Saturday (Scheduled every Saturday), with varied hours and schedule depending on operational needs.

The Day to Day as a Teller
Tellers are one of the primary points of contact for SCU members. They are the first, and often only face our members see. A typical day will look like:
- Providing customer service to SCU members
- Processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc., efficiently, and accurately in person, by telephone, or by mail
- Operating on-line teller terminal, accurately recording amounts received, and preparing reports of transactions
- Educating members on SCU products and services
- Fostering and maintaining relationships with members

- A High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- Personal computer experience, including Microsoft Office products

Salary : $29,500 - $37,300
