What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control/Print Support position at Scott Electric Company?
Scott Electric has a current opening at our Norvelt, PA branch for a Quality Control/Print Support with our Print & Stitch division M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
In this position, you will be working "hands-on" in a production environment responsible for quality control on apparel or textiles.
Responsibilities:
- Folding T-shirts
- Reviewing product for quality control standards
- Prepping product for printing
- Removing printed products from dryer
- Assigned duties as required or requested
Requirements:
- Lead by example
- Must be a team player with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to multi-task and have a keen attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Follow direction and procedures
- Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area
- Able to analyze and understand graphic design work orders for accuracy
- Basic knowledge of screen printing or graphic arts but not required
- Must be dependable
- Ability to lift, maneuver or carry up to 50 pounds
- Must pass background check and drug screen
To be successful, you must be a self-starter, willing to work beyond the "8 - 5 schedule", and make sure the customer comes first with the understanding that customer service is the #1 priority.
