RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate department.
- Take claims reports and follow-up.
- Take payments and handle customer requests.
- Assist sales team in appointment settings and pre-appointment checklist.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance changes, claim submissions and billing clarification.
