Description:
The Member Services Attendant is responsible for assisting members and guests with various requests related to their visit, and for providing information about Scottsdale National Golf Club and the surrounding places of interest while providing exceptional service in a highly collaborative and communicative team environment. You will check in with members and guests in an efficient and friendly manner, ensure room assignments are in accordance with preferences and accurate rate is charged; arrange for luggage delivery, issue keys and deliver messages, as necessary. You will also check in/out members and guests at end of their stay, collecting keys, post chargers, and presenting bill as needed. In addition, you will process guest charges via credit card or member billing as necessary, provides rate quotes and be familiar with room and rate availability for current and future dates, present room options and offers suggestions as necessary, and act as front-line contact and resolution specialist for special requests, inquiries, information, directions, and/or complaints in a timely, professional and courteous manner. Lastly, you will confirm guest reservations, changes and cancellations and understand room status and corresponding tracking. At the start of each day, you will send out daily transportation, appointment, and occupancy reports.

Experience and Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- 3 years’ previous customer service and/or hospitality experience preferably in a high-end hotel, resort or club
- Knowledge of Guest Service Operations
Other:
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including all shifts, weekends and holiday as needed
- Able to lift and move objects up to 50lbs
- This position will be exposed to various working conditions (both inside and outside), must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift reach, bend and kneel frequently and for long periods of time
