Location: Pinch A Penny Administration; 6385 150th Ave N. Clearwater, FL 33760 About the Role: The Financial Compliance Analyst is a highly visible role working directly with all levels of Company management, employees, and franchised store owners. This role reports to the Franchise Compliance Manager. As the Financial Compliance Analyst, you will work with others to develop, prioritize, and schedule store evaluations. Analysts work autonomously when completing evaluations to ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, within both company-owned and independently owned franchisees. Responsibilities: Maintain store evaluation procedures to assure accuracy of store reports and maintain confidentiality. Identify the financial risk of the organization an offer recommendation to reduce risk. Ability to work autonomously. Assess the efficiency and productivity of store business procedures and make recommendations for improvement. Review and assess store financial documentation and internal controls. Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations. Other duties as assigned. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting or other financial area. CPA or CIA, other related certification preferred. High level professional, integrity, and ethics. Organizational communication skills. Understand technical accounting and auditing concepts and methodologies. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
