As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and support. You will also work closely with our internal product and tech teams, as well as other stakeholders, to ensure that we are delivering value to our clients and meeting their evolving needs.
Location: Remote position on the Eastern Time Zone strongly preferred
\n- Serve as the primary point of contact for our key clients, managing their accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and objectives, and work with our product and tech teams to develop solutions that meet those needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their interests within our organization
- Monitor client performance and engagement, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
- Work with our sales team to identify new opportunities and help drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are being met, and that we are delivering on our promises
- Track and report on key metrics, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients
- At least 5 years of experience in account management or a related field, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Experience working in the FinTech or financial services industry strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
