What are the responsibilities and job description for the SDR position at Scratchpad?

Headlines:

  • First SDR. $95K OTE ($70K Base $25K OTE) meaningful equity

  • Hybrid. 2 days in office. Nashville or San Mateo. We’ll also consider Chattanooga, Knoxville, Memphis, Huntsville, Birmingham, and Atlanta

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 80% premium coverage)

  • At least two in-person company off-sites a year

You’ll be doing two things:

  1. Improving the plays that are working - not by blasting out dodumbthingsfaster auto emails or making a trillion dials. You will tweak targeting, cadence, channels, messaging, offer, process and more to make existing plays more efficient - to generate meetings, pipeline, and revenue faster with fewer sales activities and fewer accounts over time.

  2. Running experiments to find new plays that are more effective. If they work, you’ll commit the plays to your playlist and go again. Some will be the coldest outbound. Some, you’ll capture demand already created by our product, incredible User Delight Team, and the army of people who love Scratchpad.

  • You’ll meet our Talent Team Lead, Masha, to work out if we’re aligned. That’ll take 20 mins.

  • You’ll meet Harry, your Manager. Ask him anything. He’ll want to get to know you personally and what you want to do with your life. Then he’ll grill you on your task. That’ll take 60 mins.

  • You’ll meet Pouyan (CEO) and perhaps others on the Exec Team. Who knows what they’ll ask?! That’s another 30 mins.

  • Then it’s just references, offer (yay!), and boring paperwork.
