How you can make an impact
The role will include helping our clients comply with local land planning requirements and otherwise helping them perfect land use entitlements in California. Our clients are involved in new energy infrastructure (e.g., hydrogen fueling) and emerging agriculture, among other vital needs for modern society. The ability to work with others to accomplish a common goal, to be responsive, and to communicate clearly are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelors of Science degree in Science or Engineering required.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in land use planning required.
- Subdivision Map Act, State Planning and Zoning Laws, and CEQA knowledge required.
- Endangered Species Act, NEPA and Clean Water Act experience required.
- Valid drivers license with a driving record in good standing required.
