New ophthalmic ambulatory surgery center seeking a full time RN Clinical Director in Scottsdale, AZ. Qualifications include AZ RN license. Operating room experience required. Ambulatory surgery experience preferred. Leadership and CMS Deemed Status survey experience a plus. Full time position.
POSITION SUMMARY: Supervises daily clinical operations of the Surgery Center and manages the clinical and clerical staff in accordance with established Federal, State, and accreditation regulations and guidelines, as well as established Surgery Center policies and procedures. Oversees patient care activities in preoperative, postoperative, and intraoperative. Purchasing of required supplies, controlled drugs, and equipment. Responsible for staff development, orientation, and staff discipline and appraisals.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience/Licenses/Certificates/Eligibility:AZ RN license, and BCLS required. ACLS, PALS, and BSN preferred. Master of Science desirable. Minimum 2 years of ambulatory surgery clinical experience as a registered nurse with 1 years of administrative/management experience preferred.

Knowledge of current nursing matters relating to healthcare management including QAPI. Ability to utilize resources in an organized and effective manner.
