JOB SUMMARY:

Provide high standards of customer service to all guests by processing and presenting food and drink orders in accordance too standard operating procedures. Create and maintain a friendly, welcoming, clean, organized environment for guests and co-workers. Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge which promote the culture, values and mission of The Sea Pines Resort.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsibility for the proper accounting, cash handling, recording of all sales,
• Follow all health, safety, and security regulations.
• Ensure proper levels of inventory and rotate stock in compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Qualities include, but not limited to constantly communicating effectively and clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Candidates must have the ability to constantly stand, walk and use stairs as well as occasional pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting, turning, lifting, and maneuvering of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience serving customers either in a restaurant or banquet setting

One to four years education at the high school level or equivalent education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities or GED
