Seabert Eye Care was established in 2006 to put CARE back in eye care. Since that time, Seabert Eye Care has steadily grown and has recently moved into a new, state-of-the-art office, offering the best care and latest technology to ensure our patients see their best.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Oversee training and development programs for office staff
- Supervise and provide guidance to the office team
- Maintain and update calendars, schedule appointments, and manage meeting logistics
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and handle phone systems efficiently
- Utilize medical office management software to maintain patient records and files
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using office software and medical office management systems
- Knowledge of file management systems and procedures

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
