What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loadout Manager position at Seaboard Foods?
We have an exciting Loadout Manager opportunity. The Loadout Manager oversees Loadout Supervisors and assists with providing daily direction to all loadout employees while ensuring shipment targets of market hogs from our finisher farms to our processing plant are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all loadout crews are always operating in a safe manner.
- Mandate that all crews are properly trained, equipped, and that animal welfare along with biosecurity are aligned with Seaboard Foods' animal handling and biosecurity guidelines/procedures.
- Perform scheduled and random assessments on all Seaboard Foods loadout crews.
- Ensure that all daily and weekly shipment targets are being met through the management of crew and staffing schedules.
- Communicate and collaborate with upper management teams in both transportation and production to execute/trial new procedures to improve service provided.
- Advise and/or train loadout management and personnel.
- Maintain all Seaboard Foods loadout and Transport Quality Assurance certifications.
- Sort and load out market hogs and ensure timely maintenance of company vehicles, chutes and body cams as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Animal handling experience.
- A valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
- Ability to be on call as needed.
- Bilingual, Spanish and English
Preferred:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or 2 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous management experience.

- The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management. After-hours, weekends, and overnight travel as requested.
