The Chef will be responsible for creating new recipes, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop new recipes and menus.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff.
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and to the highest standards.
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Manage food costs and ensure quality control.
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure the best ingredients are used.
