Objectives / Responsibilities:
· Service existing accounts by promoting company products.
· Coordinate sales efforts with team members and assist in establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
· Develops and maintains productive working relationships with customers.
· Expedite the resolution of customer concerns to maximize satisfaction.
- Confident self starter
- Identify prospective clients, lead generation and conversion
- Emphasize the features of services/products to highlight how they solve problems
- Collaborate with colleagues on any projects or events
- Assist with client event planning and preparation
- Maintain client list and follow up with clients to continue to foster relationships
Job Duties:

· Ensures customers are satisfied with company products and services.
· Provides feedback on customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activities.

· Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and maintain status reports.
· Utilization of CRM / Sales Force/ Get Bonzo
