Specific Sales Representative for Gas Fireplaces, BBQ's patio heaters, firepits, and installation.
We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative who is knowledgeable with all Fireplace and BBQ manufacturers. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Must know how to install fireplace and gas lines in order to communicate with technicians regarding the job.
Responsibilities
- Fireplace and BBQ sales with residential and commercial projects. Understands cad drawings and can read building plans.
- Answer technical questions regarding installation, and service on gas fireplaces and inserts.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Report in detail about job details and communicate to technicians
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Estimate residential and commercial projects. Must know gas line and flue installation codes and requirements.
- Coordinate fireplace and BBQ installs with team members and other departments with residential and commercial projects.
- Work with customers that enter showroom
- Answer phone calls regarding fireplace and BBQ sales, installation and technical issues.
- Commercial and residential job walks- Keep jobs and technicians on schedule
- Lead sales person at home shows, attending trade shows and assist making decisions on now products.
- Trains on all new products, installation and communicates it to other staff members and technicians.
- Staying current with all industry contacts, products, and availability.
- Answer customer service phone calls, be able to troubleshoot all fireplace product, pricing, and options.
- Assists with quarterly inventory count and reports.
- After a sale, you will Communicate to staff and technicians with all information and product that is needed for that job.
- Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
- Proven work experience with all gas fireplaces, inserts, firepits, heaters, and barbecues.
- Excellent knowledge in fireplace, flue runs and gas installation
- Excellent in computer input, estimating, and phone conversations.
- Highly motivated to bid new complex contracts with in a budget
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver contracts to residential and commercial projects in a timely manor.
- Relationship management with fireplace vendors and suppliers.
- Can navigate installation pricing by looking and calculating the project details.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Skills with fireplace and gas installation
- Certifications in gas, plumbing or equivalent

Pay: 36k-90k per year/with commission and bonuses
