Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in billing for Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare Part B/Primary Care
- At least 3 years' background in healthcare, with a minimum of 3 years' experience managing a medical billing team
- Must hold a billing certification - CPC, CCS, CCA or CMC
- Experience managing a billing team
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS guidelines, etc.)
- Proficiency in using billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
