Seat n Sleep has West Michigan's largest in-stock inventory with over 70,000 sq ft of warehouses, and a great presence in the market and in the community.
We are offering a few select people a professional sales opportunity of up to $100k /yr combined pay. We provide paid training and an on-going guaranteed draw wage. Work weeks are set up for only 5 days/wk with 2 consecutive days off, and the average work week is 45 hours. Our great pay-for-performance compensation package has limitless maximum income.

Household furniture is a very important part of our lives, and finding a great consultant to assist in the choosing of new pieces can foster a great relationship.
Experience in sales is preferred, but experience in marketing, advertising and other professional fields would also be a great qualification.
Sales consultants are provided written and delivered sales goals, and are expected to promote the company's vision of culture that has made Seat n Sleep successful and customers very happy.
Continuous development, sales training, and specialized training reimbursement available.
Expectations include: the supervision and completion of all daily activities as required of sales personnel: attending to in-store traffic, answering the phone, assist customer service solutions, scheduling deliveries, merchandising/setting-up the sales floor, assisting with customer pick-ups, social media/website maintenance and a team-oriented approach to cleaning and up-keep of all store facilities.
Training of new Sales Consultants is a team effort of all personnel, we are a very fast paced environment and are experiencing exponential growth.
Utilization of a computer system is mandatory and mastering the use of it is vital.
Occasional off-site industry training and development.
On-site training and development with top industry representatives.
