Duties:
- Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and materials management.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient and timely operations.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using AS400 or similar inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with procurement team to procure necessary materials and supplies for warehouse operations.
- Manage fleet of vehicles for transportation and distribution purposes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Train and develop warehouse staff on proper procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including materials management, order fulfillment, and distribution processes.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
