What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Stager position at Seattle Swank?
As a Home Staging Designer, you will be responsible for following:
· Personally, manage & successfully execute home design projects that are Seattle Swank ‘Brand Right’.
· Visit the home/property and scope the design project.
· Pulling furniture via “Stageforce” an on-line inventory system.
· Safely pulling & packing dec home accessories and artwork for transport.
· Supervise/direct moving crew at job sites.
· Ensure staging items being used are clean and in good condition.
· Hanging artwork/mirrors, per Swank standards.
· Photographing your work, including all rooms and products and attaching to your end of day email
· Represent Seattle Swank to the client with positivity and integrity.
Skills & Qualifications:
· 1-year in Home Staging, the interior design field or retail visual merchandising.
· Experience staging luxury homes. 2Mill preferred but not required.
· Ability to work with integrity, trust, commitment, and setting an example for others.
· Strong time management, problem-solving skills, and able to get things done independently, with minimal supervision.
· Deadline driven and organized; able to prioritize as needed to get the job done.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Works well in collaborative settings.
· A 'drama free' demeanor.
· Must be flexible in hours.
· Candidate to have their own car, self-insured, and clean driving record
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
