Estimator/Cost Estimator (no travel required)

Seawin is a rapidly growing manufacturer. The company is privately held and headquartered in Piscataway, New Jersey. Seawin is a large scale project finishes material supplier. Core of our business is coming from general contractors and installers working with hotel or multi-family new construction or renovation projects.

We are seeking self-motivated and positive candidates to fill Estimator and Project Manager positions and join our friendly team. There is a high potential of growth in this role. This is an in office position and no traveling is required. This position is responsible for providing various estimating and project management tasks, including but not limited to:

• Develop estimates for our scope products.
• Review plans and specifications to create bids.
• Cost analysis.
• Have some or strong understanding of our products.
• Communication with general contractors regarding PFl's, questions, schedule deliveries, submittals etc.
• Communication with vendors regarding quotes or production related tasks.
• Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to do material estimates.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, MS project, etc.)
• Effective verbal and listening communications skills.

• Construction: 3 years
• Estimating: 3 years
• Project Management: 3 years
• Exceptionally strong attention to detail, strong communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Possess the ability to perform within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
