The Audience Analyst researches and analyzes improvement opportunities, conducts analysis, prepares recommendations and facilitates efficiency enhancements.
- Creates business concepts based on specifications of commissioning business units
- Serves and advises customers by turning requirements into feasible solutions
- Supports creation of product vision, goals, and features
- Helps identify requirements and create product backlog for development
- Supports Project Manager in maintaining project schedule, budget, work plan, KPIs, and other metrics
- May engage in support of product launch and transition period after deployment
- Ensures timely delivery of reports/analysis and proactively communicates any barriers
What it takes to succeed:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Statistics, or Computer science
- 2-5 years of experience
- At least one Business Analysis Certification from the IIAB (e.g. ECBA, CCBA, CBAP)
Core Technical Skills
- Business analysis and requirements elicitation - Capturing and validating requirements and generating insights
- Project framing & business case - defining business needs and developing models for business cases, ensuring all requirements support delivery of business value, fulfills goals and objectives and meets stakeholder needs
- Prescriptive & Predictive Analytics - assessing and determining the best solution given a variety of outcomes
- Business process analysis, mapping, management and problem solving- Implementing processes that reduce or remove obstacles that are preventing you or others from accomplishing operational and strategic business goals
- Banking industry domain knowledge e.g., payments, lending, insurance, wealth management, etc.
- Understanding of:
- Methods In enterprise architecture management (e.g. TOGAF)
