Our big realization was that recruiting is really 10% strategic work and 90% administrative work -we've built a product that helps hiring teams with the 10% strategic work while automating the 90% of tedious work in a white-glove, high-touch way to create an amazing candidate experience. But since our product is totally white-labeled, to candidates it looks like the client company is really on top of their hiring process.

As a Recruiting Partner at Dover, you will be a trusted advisor for our growing client roster. You'll own the customer relationship and will provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals. You'll be able to delegate all of the administrative work to our team so that you can focus on strategy and building relationships.

About The Role

What you'll do
- Collaborate with clients to identify their recruiting needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Delegate administrative work to our team.
- Onboard new clients and set them up for success.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business and hiring objectives.
- Guide clients through the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Must have
- 6 years of working experience as a talent leader or recruiter
- A proven track record in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Startup experience
- A deep understanding of recruitment processes
- Self-starter attitude and the ability to execute new ideas with autonomy
- Excited to be held accountable to numbers that measure tangible outcomes
- The ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility
- Undergraduate or Graduate Degree
- Experience working at a large tech company
