We are currently seeking a full-time Inside Sales Pro to join our stellar team who aligns with our mission, is passionate about the IT industry and converting prospects into happy clients.
In this role, you’ll be working directly with our senior sales team to:
- Follow up on the leads coming into our office.
- Cold call and schedule appointments with Prospects
- Field questions and follow up on inquiries.
- Send out information packages.
- Assist in maintaining the integrity of the company’s database.
- And other lead generation activities.
YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SUCCESSFULLY SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS and/or other relevant phone sales experience. Please ONLY apply if you meet these criteria.
This position offers an above-average base salary plus bonus. As a full-time employee, you will qualify for health insurance and a retirement plan.

- Strong computer skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office software; including Word, Excel, Email, Teams, and Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Keap and Autotask) and sales automation tools is a plus.
