Office Manager/Coordinator

Duties:
- Provide high-level administrative support to office
- Manage and maintain assigned workloads and multiple tasks in the home healthcare office setting
- Communicate with Providers: Insurance, Doctors’ offices and clinics, case managers, vendors etc.
- Field calls from providers, patients, staff, and direct them to the respective departments if needed

Coordinate the recruiting efforts of the company:
- Maintain and monitor the job postings (clinical and field staff)
- Screen all applications/candidates
- Coordinate interviews with the administrator and clinical manager
- Guide new applicants with the application and onboarding process

Manage and organize documentation:
- Onboarding files and documents
- Patient files and binders
- Office Binders: Policies, Certifications, Notices, Checklists etc.
- Work closely with the administrator, take on new tasks as assigned by the administrator and ensuring timely progress and completion of these tasks
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an office manager or a similar role like project manager, coordinator etc.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, electronic faxes etc.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive patient date safely in line with HIPPA guidelines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong project coordination skills
