Job Description
The primary focus of this position is the support and continuous improvement of HR & Corporate Systems platforms. Serves as a liaison among a diverse set of stakeholders from the business and technical areas in order to articulate the business need and ensure technical solutions meet business objectives and goals. The position incorporates overlapping technical competencies in the requirements, administration and project management activities (e.g. traditional or Agile). Serves as a technical resource and collaborates with internal and external partners to verify new and existing system features and functionality meet business objectives and needs. Collaborate with project stakeholders to coordinate decisions related to planning, development, design, testing and implementation of business solutions.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Serves as a technology lead to ensure the success, adoption and innovation of current and future technology solutions
Manage the requirements effort on small, less complex assignments. Utilizes knowledge and experience from requirements reviews and testing activities to produce requirements used as a guideline for application development and test planning. Applies the appropriate requirements techniques, tools and templates based on the Solution Delivery Approach (e.g., traditional or Agile), project complexity and size.
Develops and maintains business knowledge and relationships with business users, business analysts, testers, IT developers, project managers, subject matter experts, auditors, trainers and vendors.
Performs related activities as directed, and manages personal self-development to prepare for new responsibilities and challenges in a changing environment.
Qualifications:
Technical knowledge and support of web applications, vendor systems, and the technical aptitude to learn and apply new technologies and tools.
Business knowledge specific to the business area's products, plans, clients, processes, systems, workflow, marketing strategy, and contractual and regulatory requirements in order to support quality assurance testing and requirements activities.
Demonstrated expertise in test management and test execution tools and requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation tools used by the assigned teams.
Verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and all levels of business stakeholders.
Written communication skills to clearly and concisely document testing deliverables, business requirements, system knowledge documents and training documentation.
Organization and planning skills to manage the different system development phases on a variety of work assignments simultaneously and work with changing requirements and priorities.
Understanding of project management, requirements management and software testing.
Ability to promote teamwork and develop strong partnerships with both internal and external partners.

Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse and computer for up to 8 hours per day
Ability to utilize telephone for up to 8 hours per day
Ability to perform grasping tasks throughout the entire work day (examples: handwriting, grasping of equipment/machines, paper manipulation, sorting, folding, handling stacks of paper)
