Position Summary

The Sales Analyst will perform market analysis, predict future trends, and identify opportunities to increase sales.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and other departments to streamline and improve sales processes.
• Assist in developing and distributing detailed analytics and reports that track key performance indicators to support field sales and sales leadership.
• Participate in strategic projects with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance sales execution.
• Support National Accounts Teams by implementing best practices across leadership, operations, and the sales field.
• Provide analytical support for business reviews, helping customers and the sales team understand performance metrics.
• Maintain and develop an understanding of related systems to recommend systemic and procedural enhancements.
• Create reports to monitor data quality and identify gaps in accounts and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to develop and publish best practices related to product offerings and Salesforce configuration.
• Optimize Salesforce usage across teams by documenting and implementing streamlined business processes.

Required Qualifications

• Motivation for self-development and passion for continuous learning
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.
• 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Project Management or 5 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Salesforce Lightning)
