We are expanding our management team and are currently seeking candidates to recruit for one of our markets in Danbury, CT.
As a Recruiter, you will support 3 District Managers; recruiting for Security Officers; places announcements for openings; works with agencies and other sources of personnel to secure candidates; participates in job fairs; follows up on leads.

Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a starting salary of $52,000k-$54,000, in addition to a full benefit package that includes:

To be considered for the program, you will need to have the following experience and ability:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company
- Comfortable conducting virtual and in-person interviews for multiple roles
- Highly professional and ethical with unquestioned integrity.
- Strong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities.
- Conscientious and demonstrated initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the protection of business and an intense drive to impact financial targets, deliverables, and challenges.
