Inside Sales Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer service and sales
• Answer phones using proper phone etiquette and assist Will Call customers at the Branch
• Support and fulfill requests received via email from customers and other company locations
• Enter orders and provide sales quotes in a timely manner
• Utilize company system for stock verification as needed for sales fulfillment
• Source items on materials requests
• Process customer payments
• Actively participate in company and Vendor-offered training opportunities
• Light cold calling when requested
• Follow company procedures and policies
• Required to count inventory once a quarter on prescheduled weekend determined by the office team
• Warehouse shipping/receiving, forklift operation, as needed
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Driver’s license
• Able to pass drug test/background check
• Able to speak, write and read in English, bilingual helpful
• Team Player
• Strong typing skills; Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Windows helpful
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective communication skills via phone, email and in person
• Product and industry knowledge or readiness to learn
• Sense of urgency
• Goal oriented
• Problem solving skills
• Basic math skills
• Must follow all OSHA and safety procedures
• Willingness to actively participate in ongoing training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
