As a District Specialist at SPR, you will support the Regional Director (RD) and Regional Managers (RM) with property reporting & requests from Partners, manage escalated resident issues under the direction of Regional Director, and RM. You will support administrative tasks, property operations auditing and analysis projects. In addition, the District Specialist will support the workloads during onboarding and offboarding. Under the direction of the RD, you will prepare accurate, consistent, and timely reporting to our partners. You will provide WOW customer service to our residents, thereby increasing resident retention and financial performance of the property.An ideal candidate for this role would be an experienced Assistant Property Manager or higher, must possess 3 years of Property Management experience, general knowledge of Excel (able to build basic formulas), exceptional Customer Service skills, strong administrative and organizational skills, and a strong understanding of property operations.
