Job Summary
Seeking a highly ambitious, career-oriented individual to work assisting in operating and selling units at our busy facility in Palm Dessert, CA; Sundays 10 am - 4 pm and Mondays 9 am - 6 pm.
Compensation and Perks
- $16.00 per hour
- $10.00 for every storage unit rented on days you work alone, which we estimate to equate to an additional $1.00 -$2.00 per hour – bringing the combined potential equivalent compensation to between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour.

Duties
- Oversight of all day-to-day operations
- Provides outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer queries and problems and professionally
- Effectively sells storage units to telephone, walk-in and email inquiries by employing the methods within our Call Flow Guidelines
- Completes leases and other documentation in a neat and orderly manner
- Reduces delinquent accounts through telephone, text and email contact
- Maintains exemplary curb appeal in both our office and throughout that facility, including sweeping units, cleaning hallways and disposing of debris
Qualifications and Skills
- Sales and marketing experience or mindset
- Passion for interacting with the public
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills
- Proficient with technology including CRMs, web browsers, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous property management experience a plus
