Sedgewick Homes is looking to add a Customer Coordinator to our Sales Team. We are seeking an extremely detailed, highly organized, full-time Customer Coordinator to join our team! You will work in our stunning design studio where you will help showcase the latest design trends to our customers. You will assist our Sales and Production teams to help our clients through the home buying process. This role includes assisting customers with fit and finish selections for their new homes, educating them on the products in their homes and helping them complete the paperwork related to the planning and lending stages of the build process. This role is highly collaborative and customer service oriented.

We offer competitive hourly pay along with great benefits. This position has duties in our sales and design studios located in both Statesville and Granite Falls. The ideal candidate can hub from either Statesville or Granite Falls.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate & Document Client Selections for fit and finish of the new home.
- Manage customer construction loan status with lenders
- Schedule key meetings between clients, sales department & production department
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Provide support to the Sales and Production teams
- Help procure building permits
- Work with detailed plans for custom homes
- This is a full-time position that requires occasional Saturday hours and occasional evening hours.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, legal, or other related fields helpful
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be highly organized
- Must be computer literate
