PRIMARY PURPOSE: To manage banking and check printing vendor relationships; to develop procedures and guidelines for client banking functions; to establish standard bank offerings; to define and implement client banking related activities and strategies; to manage and direct colleagues to successfully accomplish company and departmental goals and objectives; to minimize banking costs by evaluating vendor services offerings, analyzing the associated benefits, and negotiating reduced pricing with vendors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages banking and check printing vendor relationships.
- Develops procedures and guidelines for client banking functions.
- Establishes standard bank offerings.
- Develops and implements client banking related activities and strategies.
- Reviews, analyzes and evaluates vendor service offerings to negotiate reduced prices.
- Implements new bank arrangements for clients/carriers working directly with their treasury or risk management staff.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supports the organization's quality program(s).
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.
- Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.
- Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. CPA or CCM preferred.

Experience
Ten (10) years finance, treasury or related field experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include three (3) years supervisory experience.
