This role is pivotal in enhancing our CRM strategies and ensuring seamless business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities - Oversee the integration of CRM systems with existing business processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing CRMABAP applications to meet business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve CRM system issues.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements to inform CRM system enhancements. - Lead the customization and configuration of CRM solutions to align with business needs.
- Ensure the security and integrity of CRM data through rigorous testing and validation. - Provide expert guidance on the deployment of ABAP solutions within the CRM environment.
- Monitor and report on the performance of CRM systems, recommending improvements as needed. - Stay abreast of the latest CRM and ABAP development trends and technologies.
- Facilitate training sessions for users on CRM system functionalities and best practices. -Qualifications - Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in CRMABAP.
- Proven track record of managing CRM systems and implementing ABAP solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with the latest CRM technologies and ABAP development practices. - A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
