What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Admin position at Seek?

Do you enjoy a professional work environment? Are you able to juggle multiple projects at once with high attention to detail? If so, we want to talk to you! Our busy client is seeking an HR Admin to assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining schedules, handling employee benefits, etc. 

 

Position – HR Admin

Job Location – Baldwin, WI

Starting Date – Immediately

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – 32 hours per week

Work Hours (Shift) – Monday – Thursday 7:30am – 4:00pm (some flexibility)

Starting Pay – $22.00-$23.00/hr DOE

Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – Previous experience in office environment in human resources preferred

 

The HR Admin will help manage and prepare different human resources documents, help employees with general issues that arise, facilitate employee onboarding and training, help with benefits enrollment and data entry.


Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain employee records.

Prepare HR documents, filing, copying, etc.

Assist in the recruitment and interview process.

Facilitate employee onboarding and training.

General HR reporting.


Qualifications:

Proficient in MS Office required, must be highly proficient in Excel

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Paylocity experience a plus

Previous benefits/onboarding experience preferred

Must be a self starter and able to work in a fast paced environment
