House Cleaning

OVERVIEW: House cleaners are responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public spaces in between guest stays in our 3 cabins and 1 lodge, as well as cleaning other buildings onsite such as the 
restaurant and event spaces. 
Due to the upscale rustic nature of Seesaw’s Lodge, it is critical that housekeeping staff is attentive to details and takes pride in their work at Seesaw’s Lodge and Johnny Seesaw’s Restaurant.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
 Ensure clean guest rooms and public areas while adhering to the highest standards.
 Provide quality customer service if/when interacting with guests and strive to exceed guest expectations.
 Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow established guidelines.
 Organize and manage time efficiently to accomplish daily tasks.
 Communicate and collaborate with housekeeping team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Must be at least 16 years of age
 No previous housekeeping experience necessary
 Demonstrates effective communication skills
 Demonstrates attention to detail
 Possesses the ability to arrange and maintain guest rooms according to specific standards
 Ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body, arms and/or legs
 Ability to carry up to 25lbs and walk up and down stairs.
 Abides by the highest ethical standards
 Willingness to learn and ask for help when necessary
 Punctual and reliable
 Demonstrates ability to work on a team
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
 This can be a physically demanding role on your feet.
 Stamina to physically exert oneself without fatiguing is required.
PAY RATE: Based on experience and skill set, starting $18 /hour
