Job Description
SEGULA TECHNOLOGIES is looking to add an Automotive Technical Recruiter, Software Engineering to our team based out of Austin, Texas.
This position has the capability to be 100% REMOTE for the right candidate. Candidates located near the following areas would be preferred:
- Livonia, Michigan
- Greensboro, North Carolina
- Austin, Texas
The ideal candidate will have automotive and engineering recruiting experience in a high volume or VMS environment, and have excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Full cycle recruitment for positions in Automotive and Manufacturing industries. Typical positions include Design Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Software Engineers, Controls Engineers, Program Managers, Body Engineers, Quality Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineers, Test Engineers, Chassis Engineers, Powertrain Engineers, and more.
- Source, interview, and organize a proactive candidate pipeline.
- Write and edit job descriptions, and post to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) system and additional job boards.
- Accurately maintain candidate and job information in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage sourcing tools, including Indeed, Career Builder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and more.
- Update daily recruiting dashboard to track requisition progress and prioritize workload.
- Write and implement social media job marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
- Report weekly recruiting activity.
- Capture accurate data and run monthly reports for analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Minimum of 5 to 15 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within automotive technical recruiting.
- MUST HAVE strong experience successfully recruiting Software Engineers!
- Proven ability to act independently to screen resumes, interview candidates, submit candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and more.
- Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to independently negotiate with candidates and clients, as necessary.
- Proven experience using Vendor Management Systems (VMS), such as Fieldglass, Workforce Logic, Beeline, etc.
- Proven experience using sourcing tools, including Indeed, Career Builder, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and more.
- Proven experience utilizing social media to conduct job marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to accurately maintain candidate and job information in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Teams.
- High attention to detail to write and edit job descriptions, proofread and format resumes, and accurately gather information from client requisitions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
