Aaron's sales and lease in Buffalo NY is looking for fast tracker candidates with prior RENT TO OWN experience or management experience to join our team. Training will take place in various stores within the region you must be open to helping and working in multiple stores for the first 30-60 days.

The position is 45 hours weekly, five day work week, and always off on Sunday as we are closed. Pay is based on experience either salary or hourly plus monthly incentive bonuses.

You must have prior management experience to be considered as a qualified candidate-

  • Store or General Manager experience
  • Prior RTO experience
  • Multi unit experience
  • Collections experience
  • Sales experience
