The BAGEL CREW needs:

  • KITCHEN MANAGER / PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are fully staffed and currently looking for great leadership to take us to the next opportunity.

What we offer:

  • 40 hour week - can be 4 - 10's for the right candidate
  • NO EVENINGS - we close at 4 PM, out by 5
  • NO OT
  • Fully staffed stores, operating four stores under a ONE team concept
  • Excellent Affordable Medical benefits, including Alternative Care

SEEKING: Production/Kitchen Manager:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ORGANIZE SELF AND OTHERS
  • LOVE BIG LISTS AND GETTING THEM DONE
  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL
  • TEAM PLAYER

Compensation Disclosure:

  • includes a BASE rate of 15.75 to 17.50, (DOE) plus TIPS (SERVICE POOL)
  • SERVICE POOL (TIPS), are shared by all service staff, prorated by experience, cross training, and position
  • OUR Crew appreciates the generosity of our guests, as the typical Crew member, post training, can earn between 1.00 and 5.00 per hour of the SERVICE POOL
