SeKON has an opportunity for a Drupal Developer to join our talented and innovative team supporting the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drupal development (front-end).
- Performing and supporting Operations and Maintenance (O&M) web content updates on NIH and related websites based on new programmatic activities, enhancements for existing web content, input from subject matter experts and editorial boards, semiannual content refresh input from content owners, and changes to archived web content being migrated or decommissioned.
- Providing Drupal development and supporting functionality-related site improvements based on usability findings, metrics, user feedback, stakeholder input, and requests from NIH staff and contractors for NIH websites.
- Gathering and providing requirements documentation for website Development, Modernization and Enhancements activities, including specifications related to content, design, functionality, and use cases.
- Ensuring that the site meets all previously identified standards for content development and publishing, such as internal NIH clearance, 508 compliance, plain language review, taxonomic tagging, and internal and external search engine optimization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Drupal 9 development experience
- Acquia cloud environment experience
- React Development experience
- Familiarity with United States Web Design System (USWDS)
- Mobile Application Development (IOS and Android)
- CMS Experience
- Able to obtain security clearance - public trust
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
