Scheduler / Router

Select Exterminating is seeking a talented scheduler / router that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. A scheduler will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by seamlessly routing same day services to field technicians. You must be comfortable speaking over the phone and conversing with field technicians and the internal office team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor schedules primarily for technicians that are based on Long Island.
• Monitor incoming same day service orders and route appropriately to the best technician based off capabilities and distance.
• Ensure service times are being met.
• Monitor "look ahead" calendar to ensure routes are in order and staffing levels meet expected demands.
• Schedule services for technicians to minimize drive time.
• Reschedule unserviced list same day, within 12-24 hours.

• Skills
• Experience working with PestPac, Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Experience scheduling, dispatching or routing for a service based business
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
