Selectek is seeking a Mechanical Designer in Florence, AL. In this role, you will perform mechanical design - conceptual design, detail drawings, and red-line revisions. The work will likely be done on steel fabrication for machine design, with heavy plate design, possibly other items as well. Candidate will document and communicate with the Engineering team as designs are produced and give feedback on redline corrections.

Required:

  • Mechanical Design Experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience
  • Autocad
  • Solidworks
  • Working Knowledge of Product Data Management Systems
  • Microsoft Office

Pay range: $25 - $40/hr depending on experience

Location: Florence, AL
