Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing HR records including, resumes, applicant logs, and employee form
- Follow-up with Managers to ensure we have the necessary employee paperwork
- Perform onboarding activities including preparing offer letters, completing new hire paperwork
- Accurately prepare HR’s internal paperwork
- Serve as backup for HRIS representative when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices to Director of Human Resources
- General Office Duties include, but are not limited to, greeting visitors, answering phones, filing, and sorting mail
- Coordinate meetings, projects, events
- Coordinate projects and events
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Complete monthly spreadsheets

Minimum Qualifications and Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline and/or minimum of 3 years of prior work experience in HR preferred
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to deal with changing objectives, deadlines, and priorities beyond one's control as needed
