Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in a timely and efficient manner, following all recipes and quality standards
- Operate and maintain all grill equipment, ensuring it is properly cleaned and sanitized
- Monitor food inventory and notify management of any shortages or ordering needs
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Interact with customers and take orders, providing friendly and efficient service
- Communicate any customer concerns or feedback to management
- Assist with stocking and organizing kitchen supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulations

- Food Handler Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Grill Cook in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to pass Military background check
