Skills & Requirements:

• Public accounting experience preferred, not required
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications and QuickBooks; CCH Axcess experience a plus
• Has knowledge of tax compliance, planning for businesses and individuals
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize work volume, multi-task & meet deadlines in professional manner
• CPA, CPA Candidate or EA preferred but not required
• Currently enrolled or bachelor’s degree in accounting or closely corresponding field preferred

Daily Responsibilities

The primary day-to-day activities responsibilities include:

· Build and maintain client relationships and provide personalized quality service

· We provide coaching and mentoring of our team to advance in their skills and competencies

· Bookkeeping

· Tax preparation

· Accounting projects

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $57,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
