Position Scope:
Reporting to the Vice President, HR for SEMCO the Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for FlaktGroup SEMCO to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Major Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Develop and manage marketing communication s and advertising plans/campaigns that clearly promotes and identifies SEMCO’s products, services, image and other factors to improve sales and the Company’s reputation.
- Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using predefined KPIs.
- Develop budgets for events, campaigns, advertising and creative needs.
- Use market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning.
- Oversee the operation of a company’s website and email marketing program and provide analytics review.
- Develop and manage advertising campaigns.
- Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
- Build brand awareness and positioning.
- Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish.
- Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

- Position Qualifications: Minimum requirements desired to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Background experience in MARCOM within the HVAC industry
- Proven experience in previous Management roles dealing with Sales & Marketing.
- Excellent leadership and communication capabilities; ability to motivate, and lead teams at all levels. Strong personal credibility to influence and inspire others to achieve and exceed personal targets and to strive for personal growth, combined with strong team player skills, capable of building strong working relationships to achieve strategic goals.
