Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective clients.
- Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls to understand their pain-point, needs, objections and purchasing process to qualify them as a sales opportunity.
- Work with the sales team to identify tailored solution recommendations.
- Schedule subsequent formal sales appointments with prospective clients and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, emails, and follow-ups, using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute sales plans effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly production targets.
- Complete weekly and monthly pipeline reports
- Create and refine sale’s call and email scripts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and strategic discussions.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to read, speak, and hear English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Teams, and Excel
