The Paralegal will be a member of our Legal Department and report to the Senior Director, Legal & Compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support Legal & Compliance leadership in preparing and updating official guidance, FAQs and visual summaries. Ensure Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and other intranet pages are updated with current policies.
- Assist in responding to compliance requests and customer questionnaires.
- Coordinate with other functional teams, including Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, IT and Client Services to complete corporate legal administration, government contracting compliance, and reporting tasks.
- Perform legal research on compliance developments in the US and abroad, as directed.
- Enter periodic compliance and legal reports into U.S. government reporting systems.
- Research and recommend software applications to enable and upgrade compliance systems.
- Establish project timelines, organize committee meeting calendars, track completion of tasks, communicate with stakeholders as necessary to provide updates, produce status reports, compile monthly and quarterly reports, keep organizational charts up to date.
- Assist to develop training, communication and awareness campaigns on multiple platforms including Microsoft PowerPoint and training software programs.
- Maintain global Compliance training calendar and coordinate training delivery globally, track training completion.
- Manage correspondence, maintain legal files, monitor Compliance mailbox, maintain Compliance intranet page in accordance with content and branding standards.
- Coordinate with VP, Legal and Administration and other Legal Department team members on budget for Compliance activities
- Other duties as assigned
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal certificate
- 5 years of paralegal experience with at least 3 years working in a corporate legal environment
- 1 years of specialized experience with federal government contracting preferred
- 1 years of specialized experience supporting 8(a) small businesses
- Familiarity with and basic understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and Small Business Administration regulations
- Experience accessing systems used by U.S. government contractors, such as SAM.gov
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background check required
- Working knowledge and understanding of software applications, like Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, PRISM, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), Federal Business Opportunities (FBO), certify.sba.gov, and sam.gov.
- Must demonstrate strong business and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and efficient working style with ability to work on projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Salary : $65,700 - $83,300
