- Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the survey program.
- Guiding the organization through the survey process, from design to analysis and transformation.
- Supporting HR team and people leaders with reporting and action-planning phases
- Executing pilot in one market; Use lessons learned to execute enterprise-wide engagement survey
- Proficiency in Microsoft Viva Glint or other employee engagement survey/people analytics platforms.
- Experience with survey program design and execution, including engagement, culture, diversity and inclusion, and manager effectiveness surveys.
- Ability to analyze and interpret survey data to drive organizational change.
- Strong communication skills to share team results and facilitate ongoing conversations.
- Coaching abilities to guide associates as change enablers and development owners.
