Non-exempt hourly position - $25 to $28 per hour depending on experience.

Senior Helpers, the fastest growing non-medical home care provider, is expanding in the Encino, CA area and is seeking a Care Team / Office Manager. We are in need of a sharp, passionate, detail-oriented, individual who is determined and able to exceed expectations with the upmost compassion and integrity. This position will have primary responsibility managing daily office operations and office staff, as well as the full lifecycle of our Caregiving and office teams, including candidate sourcing, the recruiting/hiring process, onboarding, ongoing performance management and record-keeping. Previous experience in HR processes, such as recruiting, interviewing, background check coordination/completion and internal employee claim/leave management is a plus. Local travel required within a 10 mile radius to visit clients and Caregivers on the job.

We are seeking a proactive candidate with excellent problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and employees at all levels. The ability to maintain strict confidentiality (following HIPAA and other privacy policies and regulations) and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is a must. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or education equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or related secondary education or certification a plus and must have a minimum of three years of related work experience in small to medium size business or previously self-employed. Prior Health Care industry and/ or Caregiver experience a plus. Qualified candidates must possess a valid driver’s license with insurance. Background checks and other pre-employment screening will be required.
