What are the responsibilities and job description for the Companion Caregiver position at Senior Helpers - Westford?
Great people deserve a great place to work and Senior Helpers is hiring PCAs for immediate openings in the Westford, Chelmsford, and Concord communities. Shifts are weekday mornings and afternoons, days vary. Willing drivers for local transportation is preferred but not always required. PPE provided as needed. Assistance with personal care is expected, therefore some experience with elders is required. Training opportunities are available. As a caregiver with Senior Helpers you will:
· Work one-on-one with your clients in order to build relationships
· Receive specialized training from Senior Helpers and opportunities for professional certifications

Receive support from our office staff as well as flexible scheduling to meet your availability
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Observing and reporting changes of physical and mental conditions
- Companionship and conversation and completing household tasks. Some local transportation.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proof of TB test
- Valid MA drivers license and reliable transportation

Salary : $27,100 - $34,300
